You're only dancing on this earth for a short while


I'm heading off to Marble Mountain near Corner Brook, Newfoundland to ski with my 7 year old son. If you can think of a better way to spend the next three days, I'd love to hear about it.

My friends, we're only dancing on this earth for a short while ... have a great weekend.

    You know...that's a line from a Cat Stevens song ("Oh Very Young)....who, unfortunately, changed his name to Usef Islam (or something like that) and is now a supporter of the Islamic agenda.

    I try not to think about that when I listen to his 70's stuff, which I have enjoyed immensely.

  4. I have never been there myself, but I have several friends that speak very fondly of Marble Mountain Resort. In fact, I have a long-time friend that has worked at Banff, Sun Peaks and Whistler, and whose favourite ski resort in Canada is Marble Mountain.

    I hope you and your family enjoy. I see the weather is mild: barely freezing today, according to the website.
